Many Scott County, Iowa pioneers where members of the original Scott County Iowa Pioneer Settlers' Association. It is recorded that our own townsman, Philip Suiter walked from Le Claire Township to Davenport, Iowa to attend one of many meetings. If you have other pioneer settlers you are related to in Scott County the board would be very grateful for you to contact us at board@iowapioneersettlers.org to become a member.
